Feel free to contact us—we will do everything we can to make your stay at MOAVA Lodge as personal and comfortable as possible.

Mid-stay cleaning:
A mid-stay cleaning service is available upon request. Please note that it can only be arranged with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.

Ski pass service:
We are happy to arrange ski passes for you. Please order them in advance of your arrival so everything is ready when you arrive.

Daily cleaning service:
A daily room cleaning service can also be booked upon request. This service must be arranged in advance and will be carried out, by prior agreement, at your preferred time.

To confirm a binding reservation of the MOAVA Lodge, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required within 14 days.

After booking, the lodge will be reserved for 14 days. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Security deposit:
For your stay at the MOAVA Lodge, a security deposit of €4,000 is required and must be paid in advance. After departure, the deposit will be refunded to the bank account you have provided within five days.

Your lodge will be available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. We recommend planning your arrival by 6:00 pm. Should you arrive later, please inform us by phone. We also kindly ask you to share an approximate arrival time – we would like to welcome you personally and introduce you to the lodge and all its amenities.

Early departure / late arrival
In the event of early departure or late arrival, 80% of the price for the booked period will be charged.

Check-out is by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Please feel free to let us know your approximate departure time—we look forward to seeing you off in person.

We also appreciate hearing your personal feedback about your stay, as it helps us to continuously improve.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.

In case of cancellation from 29 to 3 days before arrival, 60% of the total price will be charged.

In case of cancellation from 2 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure, the full amount (100%) will be charged.

Pets are warmly welcome at MOAVA Lodge upon prior arrangement. A daily fee of €35 per pet applies. We are happy to provide a sleeping blanket and a dog bowl; food is not included.

Smoking is permitted in the comfortably designed outdoor areas and on the terrace. Smoking is not allowed inside the MOAVA Lodge.
